White Glove's resolution policy:

At White Glove Moving, we maintain a structured process for addressing post-move concerns:

Initial contact: Contact Lee, Director of Operations, to report your concern. Reach Lee

Assessment: We will schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the situation.

Resolution discussion: During our visit, we will collaborate with you to determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or initiating an insurance claim.

Action plan: Once we agree on a resolution, we will proceed with implementation.

Arbitration (if needed): Should we be unable to reach a mutually acceptable resolution, the matter will proceed to arbitration through our designated provider.
