White Glove’s Resolution Policy:

At White Glove Moving, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring every client is satisfied with their experience. If an issue arises, we follow a clear and fair resolution process:

1. Initial Contact: Please reach out directly to Lee, Director of Operations, to report any concerns or issues. Reach Lee

2. Assessment: Once we are notified, we will schedule a time to visit and assess the situation in person.

3. Resolution Discussion: During the visit, we will work together to determine the best path forward—whether that means a repair, replacement, or filing an insurance claim.

4. Action Plan: Once a resolution is agreed upon, we will proceed promptly to address the issue.

5. Arbitration (if needed): If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration. A link to our designated arbitration provider is included below for your reference.
